• You will not attempt to bypass technical security measures
• You will not use automated scripts to generate addresses in bulk
• You will comply with the terms of third-party services you sign up for using temporary email

Using the service for any of the following is strictly prohibited:

• Sending or receiving spam, phishing messages, or malicious content

• Sending child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Fraud, extortion, or financial crimes
• Any use that violates Greek or European law

Temp-Mail.gr is provided “as is,” without any guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or upgrades
• Technical issues affecting third-party providers (Cloudflare, Upstash, Render)
• Unforeseen events or force majeure

We accept no liability for data loss or damages resulting from service interruptions.

All content on Temp-Mail.gr, including its code, design, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Temp-Mail.gr and is protected by applicable law.

Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of the service without written permission is prohibited.

Temp-Mail.gr is not liable for:

• Data loss resulting from the expiration of a temporary address
• The content of incoming messages sent by third parties
• Damages arising from misuse of the service
• Failure to receive emails from third-party services
